Come celebrate the birth of the “King of Rock and Roll” -- the one and only Elvis Aaron Presley, born on this day in 1935. Tribute artist, Jeff Mew, will perform hits from the legendary musician and be available after the show for a meet and greet and pictures. 

This is a free event, but a ticket is required for each attendee. Tickets will be available at the reference desk starting Monday, December 18th.

Join us for an eight-week series presented by the Texas A&M AgriLife Extension. 
Let's take little steps together towards a more vibrant and energetic life! Join us as we get moving with low impact chair exercises and discuss easy ways to add nutritious foods to our meals. Food tastings and prizes will be given at some of the sessions. This is a free program!

*Note: If the weather permits, we have the option to walk to and around Soldier Spring Park for the exercise portion of the program. Series runs every Tuesday, January 16th - March 6th, at 1:00 - 2:00  p.m.

Every second Thursday of the month.

Coloring for Grown Ups has a new name and a new format. Starting in December, on the 2nd Thursday evening of each month, Grown-Up Recess will offer coloring, board games, and other activities for ages 18 and older. 

Why should kids have all the fun? Join us at the library for a fun night of coloring, board games, etc. The library will provide coloring supplies, a variety of games, and light refreshments. Feel free to bring your own coloring supplies or board games!

The Needlework group is a great way to meet fellow crafters who enjoy crochet, embroidery, knitting, or any other type of hand work. Share ideas and hone skills. Open to all ages and skill levels. Just bring your own materials (yarn, needles/hooks).
