What We Do
The Customer Services Department responds to all residential and commercial utility customers’ inquiries regarding new construction, connects, disconnects and transfers of utility services.

Payments
Utility payments may be mailed to:
P.O. Box 255
Weatherford, TX 76086-0255

For your convenience, payments may be made in person at City Hall or there is also a night depository drop which is located on Davis Street, on the west side of the City Hall building. Payments may also be dropped off at Weatherford National Bank at the downtown branch.

The City of Weatherford Customer Service Department will take payments online or over the phone with a Visa, MasterCard or Discover credit card. We also offer bank drafting services for your convenience.
