Weatherford First Monday Trade Days is one of Texas’ oldest open-air markets, with a rich history dating back over 155 years. Originally known as a monthly “Stray Day” where farmers, ranchers, and merchants bought, sold, or traded livestock and handmade goods during courthouse trials, the event has evolved into a lively market showcasing traditional and modern attractions.
Visitors can explore hundreds of vendors offering unique gifts, antiques, farm and ranch items, jewelry, pottery, furniture, collectibles, artwork, tools, pet supplies, and delicious food. Located in the heart of Weatherford’s historic district with convenient parking on Santa Fe Drive, First Monday Trade Days continues to be one of the city’s most popular events!
The grounds are open 9 am – 4 pm each Friday, Saturday, and Sunday before the First Monday each month (July's dates may very due to Spark in the Park).
Becoming a First Monday Vendor
- Read the Policies and Procedures associated with Weatherford’s First Monday Trade Days.
- Fill out the Vendor Reservation Form
- Fax 817.598.4354 or email the Reservation Form
- Call 817.598.4359 or come to the office to reserve your space with payment.
Becoming a Food Vendor
We currently have a Food Vendor Waitlist but you may fill out the Food Vendor Reservation Form. Email that along with images of your setup, food and menu and we will get you on that list. We also have other events throughout the year such as Movies in the Park, Food Park Lounge Night and our Concert Series. We often invite food vendors from the waitlist to attend these events. Please let us know if you would be interested in any of those.

Additional Information for Vendors
- Weatherford First Monday Trade Days follows the guidelines of the Texas State Comptroller regarding sales tax. All vendors are required to have an active Texas Sales Tax Identification number. For more information about obtaining or managing a sales tax ID, please visit the link below:
