What is the Utility Customer Portal?

This utility customer portal is a user-friendly dashboard to show detailed information about your electric and water usage such as:

  • Billing Cycle Usage 
  • Billing Cycle Data
  • Billing Threshold
  • Custom Alerts & Notifications

Before Getting Started

Setting Up Your Account 

  • To set up a new account, you will be prompted to accept the terms and conditions, and then enter your email address. 
  • You will then receive an email from Sensus Analytics with another web link to finish setting up your account. You will need to enter your utility account number (##-####-##) and the street number of your address, number only; do not include street name.
  • Once you’ve set up your account, you can review your utility usage, set alerts/notifications, and select settings for how the information is presented.
