Yes. In accordance with Texas Tax Code and City of Weatherford Code, hotels, motels, lodging houses, inns, rooming houses, and B&B’s within the City of Weatherford must collect and disburse 6% of the price paid for the room to the State of Texas and 7% of the price of the room to the City of Weatherford.
