What is the Utilities Customer Portal?

The City of Weatherford Utilities Department is launching a new customer portal so that customers can access more detailed information about their water and electric consumption.

This program was launched in 2021. 

How to set up an account:

Before getting started, make sure you have your utility bill for reference – you will need to know your account number (it is an 8 digit number ##-####-##)

Click on the following web link to access the customer portal: https://my-wfrd.sensus-analytics.com/login.html#/signin 

To set up a new account, you will be prompted to accept the terms and conditions, and then enter your email address.

You will then receive an email from Sensus Analytics with another web link to finish setting up your account. You will need to enter your utility account number (##-####-##) and the street number of your address.

Once you’ve set up your account, you can review your utility usage; set alerts/notifications, and select settings for how the information is presented.
