The Property & Evidence team at the Weatherford Police Department is here to take great care of items that come into our custody—whether it’s evidence from a case or lost property waiting to be returned to its rightful owner. Our mission is to safeguard these items until the courts make a final decision or we can get them back to where they belong.
If you need to pick up property, we’re happy to help—just give us a call to schedule an appointment. Property can be released during normal business hours (8am - 5pm, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays), with valid photo ID.
