• Internet access is available free of charge for city residents. There is an annual $50 non-resident fee if you live outside the city limits.
• Internet users must have a signed Internet account application on file.
• Internet sessions are limited to one hour at a time when other users are waiting.
• Children age 11 and under must have a parent or guardian with them at all times when using the Internet.
• Printing is available at $.10 per page for black-and-white and $.25 per page for color.
