Commercial waste haulers are any business who offers a trash removal service inside the city limits of Weatherford. Typically this is a roll-off dumpster type service, which citizens use for temporary waste removal.
What do I need to do to become a compliant commercial waste hauler for the City of Weatherford?
Fill out a commercial waste hauler permit
- Permits can be found here and need to be returned to the Sanitation Department at 802 E. Oak St, Weatherford, TX 76086.
- Be sure to submit all required forms of insurance and information needed per the application.
Pay the annual license fee

Submit monthly report of receipts and fee
