Whether online, through the mobile app, or by phone, residents can quickly connect with the City to request services, share feedback, or report issues such as potholes, streetlight outages, or code concerns.

View & Track Issues


Below is our online tool to create service requests as well as view all of the current issues that were submitted using the myWeatherford Service Request System. To view a map view click the icon on the far right to search by pin. Gray Pins indicate requests that have been closed. Click on any pin for detailed information about each request. 

The map only shows issues submitted using the myWeatherford service request system and does not include requests submitted in person or over the phone.
