Brief Description - City of Weatherford City Council Notice Of Public Hearing On Amending the Project Costs of Reinvestment Zone Number Two, City of Weatherford. The City of Weatherford City Council will hold a Public Hearing at 6:00 pm on Tuesday, December 16, 2025 in the Council Chamber located at Weatherford City Hall, 303 Palo Pinto St, Weatherford, Texas 76086, on the amendment of the project costs of Reinvestment Zone Number Two, City of Weatherford and its benefits to the City of Weatherford to provide a reasonable opportunity for any owner of property within the zone to protest the proposed amendment of the zone. A Reinvestment Zone Number Two, City of Weatherford, amended and restated final project and finance plan, inclusive of the proposed amendment, is available in the office of the City Secretary at 303 Palo Pinto St, Weatherford, Texas 76086 for public inspection. At the Public Hearing, any interested person may speak for or against the amendment of the zone, and/or the concept of tax increment financing. Following the Public Hearing, the Weatherford City Council will consider the adoption of an ordinance amending the zone and other related matters.
