Joe has been with the City of Weatherford since September 2000 starting as the city’s Electrical Engineer. Joe moved to the Assistant Director of Utilities - Electric position in July 2007 and was appointed to the position of Director of Electric Utilities in April 2009.
Farley holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from Oklahoma State University and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Oklahoma. Joe resides in Weatherford with his wife Malinda and their two children, Tanner and Trinitie.
