Ways to Pay

Utility Billing is located at City Hall (303 Palo Pinto Street), three blocks west of the main courthouse on the square on the south side of Palo Pinto Street. 

Utility Billing Hours

7:30am to 5:30pm Monday- Friday

**Applications for services received by 4:30 pm are processed next business day. Service connections/disconnections are made Monday through Thursday between 7:30am and 5:00pm**

Payments 

Pay online or over the phone via IVR (Interactive Voice Response) with a Visa, MasterCard or Discover credit card/debit card or electronic check. Our IVR number (see a phone tree breakdown in the table below) is 817-598-4225 OPTION 1. You can also make payments via our free mobile phone application - MyWeatherford.

We also offer bank drafting services for your convenience.  

In person payments can be made at City Hall (303 Palo Pinto St, Weatherford, TX 76086). We accept Visa, MasterCard or Discover credit card/debit card, Apple Pay or Google Pay. We offer a secure night depository drop box located on Davis Street, on the west side of the City Hall building.

Trash Can Liners

• Effective 2021 - The City no longer furnishes free plastic liners/trash bags.
• Effective January 1, 2021, can liners purchased at the City Hall Customer Service Desk are $6 per roll of 50. Liner sales are limited to City of Weatherford sanitation customers.
