A Pre-Development Meeting is required for all development projects. This meeting provides an opportunity for City staff to guide applicants through the development review process and applicable requirements. Assigned staff is responsible to review all applications for plat, site development permit, site plan review, and building permits for conformance with all regulations and design standards as well as compatibility with the General Plan of the city, adjacent properties, and the character of the surrounding neighborhood. Administrative officials are authorized to require supplemental documentation set forth in the appropriate application(s) or as indicated by the Planning Director, the Chief Building Official, or the City Engineer in order to ensure that the procedures fulfill their purpose to implement the intent of this title and the adopted policies of the General Plan.
