Cherry Park Community Building

Located in Cherry Park 

Cherry Park Community Building is a barracks-style building (long and lean) and is rented as one unit and has a capacity of around 50 people. . There are restrooms and a kitchen inside available for use. Although health guidelines prevent renters from cooking, the kitchen may be used to warm-up pre-made food or catered food. 

$30/hour rental 
$225/day (8am-12am) 
$125 refundable deposit

Harberger Hill Community Building 


701 Narrow Street (Harberger Hill Community Building Layout)

Harberger Hill Community Building is one large room that accommodates 75 people. Restrooms and a kitchen are available for use with the rental of the building. Although health guidelines prevent renters from cooking, the kitchen may be used to warm-up pre-made food or catered food. 

$40/hour rental 
$300/day (8am-12am)
$200 refundable deposit

Mount Pleasant School


213 Raymond George Way

Book your next business meeting at the newly renovated Mount Pleasant School. It is a two-room facility, each room can seat up to 50 people. Due to historic preservation, decorations are prohibited. There is no kitchen available in this facility. Rented for meetings only.  May only rent two days per week, due to high demand for reservations.  

$20/hour rental
 (8am-10pm)

Reservation Information 

  • Reservations must include set-up and clean-up time. Renters are responsible for cleaning after themselves.
  • Renters must pay building deposit to make and hold a reservation.  Key can be picked up 5 business days before actual reservation.  Parks office is closed on the weekend.  
  • High demand limit is only 2 reservation days per week
  • No bounces house are allowed around green space areas due to irrigation systems.  
  • All reservations are accepted up to (6) months in advance.  Recurring reservation must be approved and are limited to 3 months at a time.  
  • Weekday rentals must end no later than 10pm, including clean-up times.
  • Weekend rentals (F/S/S) must end no later than midnight, including clean-up times.

  • If you are renting a pavilion, building, or field for a public event (open for anyone to attend), your event must be pre-approved by the Special Events Manager prior to posting or advertising.
  • No bounces house are allowed due to irrigation systems in the ground. 
  • Key can be picked up 5 business days before the reservation.
  • High-demand limit: 2 reservation days per week.
  • Guests are responsible for cleaning up after themselves and leaving the facility trash-free.
  • Reservations accepted up to 6 months in advance. Recurring reservations are limited to 3 months at a time.
  • Non-profit groups may rent Mount Pleasant School for $5/hour (no day rate). Limit: 2 times per week. Proof of 501(c)(3) required.
  •  No inappropriate behavior is allowed at City of Weatherford facilities.  All reservations are subject to be reviewed for current and future usage.

Non-Profit Groups

  • Non-profit groups may use the Mount Pleasant School for $5/hour (no day rate) 
  • Non-profit groups may reserve Mount Pleasant no more than twice a week due to the demand for requested reservation space. 
  • We will require a copy of the group's 501(c)(3) certificate in order to receive the non-profit discount.
  • Only meetings are accepted, decorations are prohibited due to historic preservation of the building.
  • Saturday/Sunday reservations are accepted up to one (1) month in advance
  • Weekday reservations are accepted up to three (3) months in advance.

    • Pavilion Rental Information / Policy
    • Pavilions are first come first serve unless rented. Rentals take priority. Please bring your receipt with you to your rental. For non-emergency issues call 817.598.4310. 
    • Persons may call Parks & Recreation Department to check availability 817.598.4124 or by checking online. 
    • Reservations are to be paid in Full at the time of Renting. 
    • Reservations may be made in person at 119 Palo Pinto or by calling in during regular business hours or you my rent Online at anytime. 
    • No bounces house are allowed due to irrigation systems in the ground. 
    •  No inappropriate behavior is allowed at City of Weatherford facilities.  All reservations are subject to be reviewed for current and future usage. 

  • Cancellations / Credits / Refunds 

    • Cancellations must be in writing, FIVE working days or more prior to the rental date to receive a refund. 
    • Any Cancellations notice of less than FIVE working days will result in forfeiture of any fee paid. 
    • If credit is given you will have ONE YEAR from date to use that credit.

Fields are available on a first-come, first-served basis unless closed for maintenance, weather, or special preparations. Reservations take priority over public use.

Please read the Field Rental Policies for Games, Tournaments & Practices

Rental time slots are 1½ hours each:

  1. Monday–Friday evenings: 4:30–6:00 PM, 6:00–7:30 PM, or 7:30–9:00 PM
  2. Saturday & Sunday: Open availability (pending tournaments) in 1½-hour increments

Reservations can be made up to 7 business days in advance. Due to seasonal demand, teams or groups are limited to one weekday time slot per week, regardless of field. Weekend rentals have no weekly limit but must follow the 1½-hour increment rule.
 
 Tournament Rates (Holland Lake, all 3 fields):

  1. Non-Profit: $600/day, $150 refundable deposit (501(c)(3) proof required)
  2. Commercial/Fundraiser: $900/day, $150 refundable deposit
